Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Responsibilitites:

- Making Annual Operating Plan

- Tracking Actuals Vs Plan

- Preparing revised estimates of the in-quarter and the balance year

- Developing rolling forecast for 4 quarters

- Competition Monitoring

- Monitoring market share

- Developing dashboards for senior leadership for metric monitoring

- Creating scenario analysis for various decisions

- Impact calculation of various price volume decisions

- Work with CFO's office

- Leadership team presentation

- Business Partner for support functions

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- MS office tools, SAP FICO

- Ability to do scenario analysis, develop models and test them, very strong excel and ppt skills, create a narrative out of numbers. Analytics would be an added advantage

- Generate ideas; solve problems creatively; Champion improvements & positive change; Develop and engage people
