Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO/IT

Role Includes :

- During Month End Close, analyzing monthly P&L including variance analysis of Actual Vs. Forecast, Actual Vs. Plan, Current Month Vs. Prior Month, Quarter over Quarter along with trend analysis.

- Effectively communicate potentials issues & opportunities to head of department by preparing slide decks & details discussion through scheduling calls.

- Preparing Consolidated Forecast P&L for India as a whole & submit to the Tax department for advance tax payment to the Government.

- Understanding for US GAAP

- Experience in Reconciliation

- MBA or other Masters graduate degree in Finance related field, preferred

- 10+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role

- Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning.
