Job Summary :

- The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance through comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning and Analysis :

- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring :

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis to track business performance.

- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations.

Business Partnership :

- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial planning and decision-making.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic projects and business initiatives.

Process Improvement :

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.

- Streamline and standardize financial processes and reporting mechanisms.

Team Management :

- Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
