Financial Planning Analyst / Finance Manager

Job Location : Mumbai - Andheri East

Qualified :

- CA

- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferable in a NBFC/ financial institution.

The role requires expert knowledge of financial accounting, accounting standards, corporate laws, preparation of financial statements and financial analysis.

- The aspirant needs to possess expert technical knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills to lead a team of accounting and finance.

- Financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and establishing and ensuring strong internal controls on financial reporting are the key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure timely and accurate accounting as per Ind AS and regulatory requirements

- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements along with Annual Report

- Ensuring statutory compliances related to accounting, RBI returns, direct and indirect taxation, and corporate and applicable laws

- Ensuring timely closure of statutory audit

- Analysis of financial statements, financial planning and analysis, annual budgeting, and review of financial performance against the business plan

- Analyzing and suggesting measures to improve branch & corporate profitability

- Meeting data requirements of Equity Investors & Lenders

- Mentoring team on subject matter and motivating and driving highest standards of performance
