Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

The incumbent should have experience into-

- Budgeting & Forecasting.

- Conducting sensitive analysis on all budgets, forecasts and project proposals

- Preparing MIS and dashboard for business and coordination for driving sales related initiatives

- Initiating & driving cost saving projects

- KPI monitoring through focused MIS packs

- Closely monitor business and financial matrices

- Provide timely and relevant information facilitating the decision making process

- Prepare presentations: Finance deliverables to the CFO/ Board/ Executive Committee etc

- Project management

- Ad-hoc management requirements

- Eligibility:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant and/ or MBA Finance from a premier institute with 6 to 10 years of experience in Finance post qualification, out of which 2+ years in Business Planning activities.

- Experience in the service sector is a must

- Experience in insurance/ financial sector would be an added advantage.
