Job Description:

- Developing the Annual Operating Plan

- Tracking actual performance against the plan

- Preparing revised estimates for the current quarter and the remainder of the year

- Creating rolling forecasts for the next four quarters

- Monitoring competition

- Analyzing market share trends

- Designing dashboards for senior leadership to monitor key metrics

- Conducting scenario analyses to support decision-making

- Calculating the impact of various pricing and volume decisions

- Collaborating with the CFO's office

- Presenting to the leadership team

- Acting as a business partner for support functions

Key Competencies:

- MS office tools, SAP FICO

- Ability to do scenario analysis, develop models and test them, very strong excel and ppt skills, create a narrative out of numbers.

- Analytics would be an added advantage
