Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Preparation & presentation of monthly MIS pack to the stakeholders.

- Create Annual Operating Plan as well as the Business Plan (5 years) of the company and continuous monitoring of actual performance to budget.

- Regular interaction with the business/function heads & working closely with the ops teams to create insights for action planning and performance improvement.

- Evolving & maintaining various dashboards to highlight business performance through operational metrics & financial analysis.

- Profitability tracking till EBITDA level, across various verticals highlighting under-performance.

- Monitoring and management of the Cash Budget of the organization month on month.
