Job Description:

- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as Disbursements, AUM, Profitability, Delinquency.

- Preparation & Analysis of Branch profitability and submission of report to management on performance of the branch / zone / region / state.

- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances with Budget.

- Assisting in budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast and any development or improvement on going basis.

- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.

- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.

- Analyse peers performance and maintain Peers Performance Report.

- Cost centre tracking on monthly level along with the productivity parameters.

- Identifying areas of cost reduction and help achieving the cost efficiency.

- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
