Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Sector

Job Purpose- To lead the accounting team, ensuring the department operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to standards and regulations. Oversee all accounting operations, create financial reports, and develop strategies to improve financial health.

Qualification - MBA/CFA + 5-8 Years of experience preferably in manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities-

1. Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modelling tools.

2. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making process.

3. Conduct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions.

4. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports & MIS.

5. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations.

6. Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

7. Partner with cross functional team to provide financial insights and recommendations.

8. Enhance financial forecasting and reporting systems and models.

9. Support senior management team and department heads.
