Manager FP&A


Responsibilities:

FP&A: Corporate FP&A and Business Partnering:

- Review and perform analysis of business with respect to key financial drivers and financial performance of the business in order to achieve the Revenue & EBITDA as per AOP for the year. Evaluate performance with Head of Finance to highlight any variance and frame action plan against the adverse variance.

- Lead the process of review and finalization of the Business AOP (Annual Operating Plan), Strategic Planning and Reporting.

- Monthly preparation of P&L, Brand P&L, Channel P&L and doing in depth variance analysis.

- Identify reason for variances, prepare a comprehensive report on monthly basis.

- Prepare and share updated Rolling Forecast with the Leadership on monthly basis for timely discussion. Provide timely and accurate management financial reporting.

- Preparation of Dashboard, Monthly MIS, Variance analysis report for Management.

- Preparation of presentation to Board on business and financial performance.

- Financial reporting and analytics and drive EBITA improvement initiatives.

- Drive agenda of Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review for Head of Finance with Board and India Leadership in order to understand the variance in Actual vs AOP and drive corrective action; Identify opportunities and prepare plans to mitigate risks.

- Monitor and evaluate key KPIs including Financial KPIs and highlight key areas for effective action. Provide regular MIS and inputs to the India Leadership Team, Functional leaders, Investors and Board.

Business Partnering:

- Partner with Leadership team effectively in order to ensure long term sustainable and profitable growth.

- Partner with supply chain, manufacturing team on cost and Inventory levels optimization

- Partner with Modern Trade & eCom Business teams with key tactical and operational inputs.

- Support in New product launches, business scenario, partner with marketing team.

- Lead ROI optimization and identify improvements on marketing spends by reducing the red ROI activities with marketing team.

- Business partner with Trade Marketing and Sales team on trade inputs, price offs, BTL spends, Sales force effectiveness including Salary Structure, incentives., etc., to drive the business growth alongwith profitability target.

- Drive better product mix and identify and implement Pricing & COGS reduction opportunities to ensure improvement in Gross Margin.

- Ensure spends are controlled and are within the Budget. Implement cost efficiency / containment plans to ensure effective utilization of funds;

- Lead Effective Risk Management across all the processes in the organization.

- Strong Financial & Business Acumen.

- Advanced work experience and proficiency in SAP.

- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal & written.

- Strong interpersonal, supervisory skills and customer service orientation.

- Team Management, People Management.

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with subordinates, peers, and management are prerequisites to success in this position.

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

- Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
