Manager: Financial Operations
Role Requirement :
- The candidate should be a CA, up to 3rd attempt.
- The work experience should be 4-8 years with people management experience.
- They should have also worked on automation management.
- The candidate should be working in the finance domain in investment banking companies or in captive firms. We do not want candidates in retail banking domain.
- Good to have US GAAP or IFRS experience.
Responsibilities :- Prepare and review month-close activities, including setting up accruals and amortizations as well as expense allocations and analyses for management entities.
-Plan, coordinate, and review annual financial statements and regulatory filings for onshore as well as offshore management entities following the applicable accounting and regulatory framework (USGAAP/IFRS)
- Ensure all deliverables conform to the highest quality standards and are executed in a timely manner
- Change management: understand and analyze changes in the firm's businesses and incorporate these changes into the reporting infrastructure
- Drive technology projects to build tools for reporting and analysis, streamline workflows, and improve user experience
- Act as the first point of contact and reviewer for the work done by junior team members
