Manager - Financial Modeling - M&A Team - IT Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are seeking a dedicated financial modeler to join our growing M&A team of our client.

- Use financial analysis tools to evaluate portfolio options and advise clients.

- Provide predictive forecasts and Create and present easy-to-understand models for clients

- Identify new business opportunities.

- Conduct market research, including compiling and synthesizing comparable transactions.

- Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.

- Financial analysis including valuation, pro forma merger scenarios, cash flow and liquidity analyses, returns analyses, through development of detailed financial and operating models

Desired Profile:

- 6-7 years of post-MBA exp in financial modeling + Corporate Finance with background in M&A, Private Equity or IB

- Tier 1 MBA only (full-time)
