Core Exp (Mandatory): Excellent with Financial Models (should know how to create financial models from scratch) & has exp in consulting domain into Project Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Manager in our team you will be responsible, amongst other things for :

- Delivering Client Engagements

- Business Development

- Practice Development

The ideal candidate would :

- Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and to put in place frameworks and structure

- Have Mentored, Coached, and Appraised Junior team members (responsible for performance management)

- Develop and review complex infrastructure financial models including PPP/PFI, project finance, and regulatory finance models

- Be skilled in financial modeling and financial analysis

- Have prior experience in project financing, regulatory finance, debt syndication, bond financing, infrastructure deal advisory

- Have prepared infrastructure models from scratch and/or have significant experience in model audits/reviews

- Have knowledge of financing structures, particularly debt and equity finance and other types of project-based financing

- Have experience with PPP/PFI transactions or exposure working on one or more infrastructure sectors/sub-sectors like Power, Transport, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Property/Estates or Utilities, etc.
