Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Global Investment Bank

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

- Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements

- Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company

- Draft and review tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, achievability of management's budget, operational insights, indebtedness considerations, and post-transaction working capital analysis

- Build sector expertise and qualifications

- People management of 3-5 team members, including goals and KPIs, development roadmap, training and coaching, and performance assessment

- Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development

Basic Qualifications :

- Qualifications : CA / MBA / CFA / Master / PGDM in Finance or Accounting

- Experience : The candidate must have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services firm.

- Passionate about Deal advisory with a strong aptitude to learn continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities.
