Manager - Financial Due Diligence - CA

1. Leading multiple financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.

2. Handling end to end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagement teams and fieldwork, reporting of diligence findings and coordination with other service lines like tax etc. within the firm.

3. Establishing strong professional relationships with external clients and internal team members.

4. Supporting the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm

5. Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practice improvement initiatives relating to quality, risk, people etc.

6. Developing and mentoring teams.

Qualification- Only CA preferably from Consulting Background.
