Managerial Skills:

- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and provide valuable insights and strategic advice

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor

- Manage and mentor a team of financial due diligence professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development

- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and utilize this knowledge to provide strategic insights to clients

- Act as a project manager, overseeing multiple engagements and ensuring timely completion within budget

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective processes

- Participate in business development activities, including networking, prospecting, and proposal writing

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all client interactions

Technical Skills:

- Understanding of Target Business: Develop an understanding of the target business and its drivers (both sell side and buy side).

- Data Interpretation and Evaluation: Interpret, evaluate, and analyze information memoranda, business plans, publicly available information on the target business.

- Financial Analysis: Comprehensive understanding & analyzing financial data Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement, comprehend legal documents (SPA / SHA / SSA), investment structuring, etc

- Review and Analysis: Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets

- Projections Review: Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions

- Evaluating & preparing Business / Underwriting Models & proforma financial info memos for businesses

- Risk Identification: Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations

- Cross-Border Assignments: Work on international assignments involving cross-border as well as cross-service line team

- Assisting in identifying issues of investors for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring or deal termination, pre/post-acquisition issues

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountancy (CA)/ Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) degree or MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in external audit, mergers and acquisitions, or financial planning and analysis.

- Strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
