Skills & Experience:

- The Manager- Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) is a risk management role that has a remit and responsibilities for ensuring post implementation monitoring, review, and testing of regulatory requirements.

- The role will monitor and track the progress of various FCC work streams and initiatives underway which fall under the umbrella of FCC, provide policy advice related to various aspects of compliances, and ensure that risk is adequately addressed. The Incumbent will align and harness the BRCM framework for post implementation monitoring, testing, and review of various aspects of regulatory compliances.

- Interaction with Regulators and industry bodies in India including compliance counterparts.

- Focus on implementing and aligning the business operating practices with changes in Regulatory Compliance Standards and ensure all GSM, FIMs, and dispensations, etc. are updated for changes in Regulation and impacts on business.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business.

- At least 5 years of experience of working with banks/financial institutions, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the areas of financial crime compliance.

- Ability to develop practical, cost effective solutions to complex issues.

- Experience of dealing with regulatory matters and confident interaction with Regulators.

- Experience of interpreting and analyzing a large volume of information and/or data and provide a succinct summary for management.

- Implement change in India, contributing to joining up with the other teams in risk and Business globally.

- Has experience of conducting risk assessment
