About the Team :

- Key Stakeholder (Internal) : Sales, Service, Regional & Global Teams

- Key Stakeholder (External) : Auditors, Local Tax & Compliance Authorities

- Will be part of Finance function and will report to the Finance Controller, who leads a team of operational finance professionals.

Job Summary / Responsibility :

This role will be instrumental in providing functional expertise and ensure they operate within the overall financial reporting framework.

The main role responsibilities include :

- Independently manage accurate financial reporting, variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting activities

- Responsible for timely compliances and adherence to internal financial controls for the legal entity

- Independent handling of statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit and support tax enquiry & assessment

- Support implementation of key business and IT projects and drive system and process improvement initiatives

- Support in managing regular tax compliances and the timely submission of financial data for effective & timely reporting to tax authorities

Job Requirements :

Skills: (Please add the tools / platforms / Software / Hardware experiences)

- Strong understanding of Ind GAAP requirements

- Working experience in large Global Corporates would be a Plus

- Should be willing to work in dynamic and changing environment.

- Good understanding to work on ERP is required.

- Needs to be good at excel usage and ppt.

- Ability to explain numbers with proper analysis and justification.

Prior Experience:

- Comprehensive exposure to Financial Reporting, FPA, MIS, budgeting, Fixed Asset & Inventory management, Cash Flows, banking operations, withholding taxes, GST compliances.

- Preferably automotive industry experience with a comprehensive role of finance & tax

Personal qualities :

- Excellent interpersonal skills as this role will require interaction with cross-functional teams

- Strong influencing skills to confidently challenge at all levels and encourage data-driven decision-making

- Passionate about delivering continuous improvements

- Self-driven, energized, well organised and able to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to work on own initiative with perseverance to see an activity through to completion

- Have attention to detail

Soft Skills :

- Good communication skills required

- Ability to work with cross functions and various stake holders.

- Ability to adapt and work with smaller & diversified teams & Open.
