Education - Qualified Chartered Accountant

Skills :

Experience in Industry (preferable Consumer goods) in the field of Accounting and Financial Controlling

Expertise :

Broad and in-depth knowledge and expertise in accounting know how as per IFRS, end to end process know Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report, financial systems (SAP ERP FI/CO module)

Experience in working with international teams or projects and together with Shared service provider

KRA :

- Monitor and steer the Regional Finance Organization (Shared Service provider & Countries) to ensure:

- Compliance with Global standard Processes. Supporting teams to adopt standard process.

- Monitor and drive operational performance (compliance & efficiency KPI's for accounting and digitization.)

- Support in timely and efficient closing process as a regional key user and correct reporting of Financial results as per IFRS

- Actively interface with Shared Service Center and local finance organization to resolve financial queries and ensure improved operation

- Development of Financial processes and achieve process optimizations

- Support and contribute to Global Finance project's rollouts into the Region

- Drive process standardization

- Good knowledge in written and spoken English
