Manager - Financial Analytics

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA-Finance

- System reconciliation background is preferred

- Auditing background will be preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Accounting Software.

- Basic understanding of the systems (e.g., Loan Management System) is preferable

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good analytical skills.

Job Description:

- Responsible for end-to-end reconciliation of Consumer Loan Balances.

- Responsible for automation of the required reports.

- Check, inspect and reconcile bank collections and disbursements.

- Coordinate With Different Departments to Complete recurring tasks.

- Assist in statutory and compliance audits.

- Collect and evaluate financial data from an analytical point of view and provide value addition.

- Responsible for product-wise profitability

- Work closely with the department heads from a data analysis perspective.

- Responsible for monthly MIS that reflects reconciliation/audit results including financial analysis.

- Suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
