Manager - Financial Analysis/Business Finance - IT

Job Description :-

1. Analyze Financial and business data to provide insight to the management of product profitability and costs.

2. Develop, Maintain and Operate Business Models and multiple future Business Scenarios linked to proposed projects & investments & do sensitivity analysis on the same to generate a range of possible outcomes to aid decision making.

3. Review and evaluate pricing proposals based on financial analysis, competitive assessment/trend analysis & market dynamics.

4. Identify a suitable course of action to achieve the budget and business forecast.

5. Actively participates in the production of quarterly consolidated accounts for the group Head office.

6. Control and analyse local Financial Statements and reports of all subsidiaries : Profit and Loss, Balance sheets, General ledgers, Tax computations.

7. Liaison with local CFO in the production of local financial statements in order to maintain the highest quality, reliability and accuracy of Consolidated financial statements.

8. Control and strenghten the identification and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.

9. Research and resolve accounting issues and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure IFRS compliance.

10. Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.

What will make you successful?

Years of experience:

- 8+ years (experience in telecom industry is preferred)

Function Competencies:

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in consolidation (preferably, multi-currency, multi-lingual groups)

- Excellent understanding of consolidated financial statements including disclosure requirements under IFRS

- Strong Analytical abilities

- Sound working knowledge of IFRS

- Practical experience of working on consolidation tools and ERP
