Manager - Finance - Trust Fund & Payroll - FMCG

Manager - Finance (Trust Fund & Payroll) is required for a Multinational FMCG Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Managing in-house Trust funds and other employee benefit schemes . Holding Trustees meeting for various Trusts Funds viz. Provident Fund, Senior Staff Gratuity Fund, Employees Gratuity Fund and Superannuation Fund and finalization of Trust fund accounts.

- To maintain the effective system for timely investment of Provident Fund and Gratuity Fund contributions into various investment portfolios to ensure maximum return on such investment with zero risk.

- To liaise and guide the locations for periodical finalization of PF accounts, preparation of final settlement of accounts and circulation of balances to employees.

- Monitoring the generation and disbursement of payroll as per deadline of all categories viz. Managers, Executives & staff of Head Office, Regional Office and Packing Stations for multiple legal entities managed by India business

- The candidate should be Chartered Accountant / ICWA with 8 - 10 years of experience in Trust Fund Management and Payroll Management with a Multinational Company. In house Trust Fund Management experience is mandatory.
