Manager - Finance Transformation

- CA is a must for this role

- Must have Finance Transformation experience

- Process Automation Projects

- Process Improvement

- Standardize the record to report structure to ensure correct posting and reporting (Product creation>Billing>Accounting)

- Technology Implementation

- Transformation the complete Invoice Reconciliation &Management process

- Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in a multinational corporate environment, with in-depth exposure to process improvement and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics)

- A good appreciation of F&A Process (PTP, RTR, OTC & TAX)

- Basic knowledge of Indian GAAP, IndAS and IFRS

- Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage

- Project management and driving process improvements.

- Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

- Identify inefficiencies in the process and BAU, drive effectiveness improvement initiatives.
