Roles & Responsibilities:
- Policy & SOP Development: Collaborate with the Business Team to define new and existing policies, SOPs, and set up new business models as needed.
- Sales Channel Management: Oversee the existing business model for Sales Channels (Online, Offline, & Exclusive).
- Business Expansion: Make strategic decisions regarding business expansion and support initiatives.
- Financial Planning: Manage activities with the business team to align with the financial plan, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of yearly, quarterly, and monthly budgets for business units.
- Budget Control: Maintain a strong cadence in budget control, including Budget vs Forecast vs Actuals and Variance Analysis.
- Financial Advisory: Provide financial support and advice to management during business deal closures.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and legal teams to effectively supervise and support business operations.
- Channel Financial Management: Prepare and manage the Channel P&L and Channel Cost of Operations.
- Distributor/Partner Guidance: Implement, review, and guide distributors/partners to improve their ROI.
- Process Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the business unit and prepare effective ROI analysis.
- Finance KPI Improvement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve key finance KPIs.
- Audit Assistance: Assist in internal and external process and finance audits.
- Partner Claims Review: Regularly review partner claims and settlements.
- Business Hygiene: Ensure business hygiene and assessment.
- Receivable Management: Ensure timely closure of open items with partners.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make decisions in conjunction with HO and other stakeholders.
- Core Finance Activity: Assist team in ledger reconciliations, payment follow-ups, credit instrument renewal, and closure of quarterly NDCs for PAN India Distributors, Managing the lifecycle of Distributors from Onboarding to deboarding, strong financial due diligence skillset.
- Book Closure: Participate in monthly book closure activities.
- Partner Query Management: Manage partner queries regarding claims settlement, dues, schemes, etc.
Qualifications:
- MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience (preferably in Business Finance).
- Preferably from the Mobile/Retail Industry.

- Expert knowledge of SAP and MS Office (no compromise in Excel).
- Comfortable traveling across India to meet partners and distributors.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize work accordingly.
- Strong negotiation skills.
