Manager - Finance - Retail

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Revenue Planning Monthly, quarterly and annual

- Completion of Annual Financial Plan & Strategic Business Plan

- Quarterly Forecast submissions

- Finalizing the actual results and comparison with the budget and forecasts.

- Analysis of all revenue and cost drivers and recommend areas for improvement and optimization

- Compilation of the cluster profitability for management review

- Drive negotiations and cost efficiencies across various organization levels

- Bench marking of financial & operational results vs key competitors

- Responsible to track and update key business matrices OTBs, Arrival pattern, COGs to MRP, Sell thru, Walkins, Conversions, ATV, UPT etc through timely business scorecard reports

- Custodian of all financial information

- Gross Margin Assurance Responsible for securing targeted COGs to MSRP
