Manager - Finance (for supporting Facility Management) in a real estate firm in Mumbai
Job Purpose: Responsible to provide Finance & Accounting support to Facility Management Functions
Principal Accountabilities:1. Handling day to day Facility Management financial issues- monitoring of expenses & Incomes, Opening of Bank accounts, Bank Reconciliations, Society formation, Fixed Deposit Management etc
2. Preparation of various MIS in relation to FM expenses, CAM, Other Incomes, Bank Reconciliations, Budget v actuals etc. and circulation of the same to all stakeholders
3. Handling of Statutory audits and Internal audits in relation to Facility Management operations for various projects,
4. Periodic audits for society related transactions and presenting the same to resident associations,
5. Preparation and Finalisation of FM Budgets in close coordination with FM function, WBS management in SAP.
6. Preparation of SOPs and driving standardization in practices followed across projects, Implementation of System automations in FM related activities
7. Support to other teams in all activities relating to FM.
Functional Competencies:- Experience in Financials Planning & Analysis, MIS, Project & FM accounting, cost control etc.
- Knowledge of SAP, SFDC and MS-Office (Excel, Power-point, Word & Outlook)
- Understanding of IGAAP, IND AS, Taxation & Finance
- Analytical skills with solution-oriented approach and positive attitude
Qualification Experience:-
CA/MBA Finance - 5-7 years post qualification (CA)- 7-9 years (MBA Finance)
