Manager - Finance - Publishing House

We are looking for a finance manager for an MNC publishing house. The person would be working with the MD of the firm and will manage the entire gamut of finance

Reporting to the MD

The role would include:

- Statutory and legal compliances

- Managing documentation with respect to statutory and corporate reports

- Working closely with tax auditors

- Managing the company secretary relations

- Working closely with Regulators

- Transfer pricing audit and certification

- Prepare final accounts as per Indian GAAP and IFRS

- MIS reporting for UK, US

- Returns as per company policy

- Reinstatement of Foreign exchange liabilities and recording exchange fluctuation

- Working on author royalties
