Manager - Finance 1. Private Investments : a. Interface with PE team(India and International) on all deals&nbsp;from due diligence to actual closure b. Work closely with controllership/ compliance advisors to ensure&nbsp;smooth closure of Private investments. 2. Managing Alternative Investment Funds(AIF) : a. Manage monthly and quarterly SEBI reporting b. Handle all operational aspects of AIF(Alternative Investment&nbsp;Fund) Including Issue of capital, Profit distribution etc c. Compliance to all applicable SEBI circulars d. Work very closely with consultants to drive compliance and&nbsp;operational efficiency 3. International Entity Controller : a. Manage accounting of USA and Singapore entity b. Work closely with business team to enable Investment In these&nbsp;geographies. c. Managing all Banking relations with bankers in this geography 4. Fund accounting : a. Liaison with fund accountants to drive parallel books b. Drive industry practices to improve real time reporting 5. Process Conceptualization and improvement : a. Drive automation and standardization in reporting b. Evolve business reporting to keep pace with changing business&nbsp;needs Qualification : CA with 6-8 years- experience Skills : - Analytical - Execution excellence - Ownership to define and drive outcomes - Business savvy - Good interpersonal skills Location : Bangalore
