Manager - Finance - Plant & Supply Chain Domain - FMCG

Job Description :

- Responsible for Budgeting & forecasting activities for each KPI's at Plant level and measuring actual

- Performance thereon on a monthly basis.

- Responsible for maintaining Books of Accounts and proper closure of books within the set timelines.

Description :

- Preparing and releasing monthly MIS and other related reports to Head Office.

- Responsible for Material Valuation for Plant as per Activity-Based Costing.

- Responsible for setting up/Improvement of systems, so as to bring accuracy and transparency in work for Optimum utilization of Expenses.

- Responsible for setting up MIS system for controlling and efficient monitoring of funds of the company.

- Responsible for ensuring monthly accounting of all Opex and Capex by comparing actual vs. budgeted

- Transactions as well as inter-quarter actual.

- Valuation of Inventory, WIP, Sub-assembly and Finished on monthly basis.

- Coordination seniors in devising Annual Business Plan for the company by accessing actual for current year and

- Budgeting for the next year with having proper justifications.

- Responsible for preparing Cost Sheet for different variants of the company.

Profile

- Should be a CA/MBA and experience in an established FMCG

- Good Attention to detail

- Strong communication and MS office skills

- At least 6-8 years' experience

- FMCG Experience is a must

- The incumbent should be a strong analysis and SAP / SAP B1 expertise. Ability to drive cost and process improvement projects
