Responsibilities:

Book Closing and Financial Reporting:

- Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing process.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide insights for management decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary financial data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.

Management Information System (MIS) Preparation:

- Develop and maintain robust MIS reports that provide critical insights into the company's financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Regularly update and distribute MIS reports to senior management, providing them with the necessary information for strategic planning and decision-making.

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement based on MIS analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with various departments.

- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide relevant explanations to stakeholders.

- Make data-driven recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation.

Financial Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with external auditors during the annual financial audit process and provide necessary support and documentation.

- Implement internal control measures to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraudulent activities.
