Manager - Finance - Pharma Factory

Lead Capex accounting for the new pharma factory project in Dubai

- Ensure all capitalizations are done strictly as per the terms agreed/contracts entered to ensure proper utilization of project capex funding.

- Finance Lead for the SAP implementation for the new factory

- Ensure FICO module implementation is done in line with group accounting policies. Also ensuring all other modules are implemented in a seamless manner with the FICO

- Lead Annual factory budgeting & forecasting process, including communication and coordination cross-functionally to all key stakeholders.

- To ensure right inputs are given for product costs to the commercial team , which accurately reflects the short and long term aspirations of the organization.

- Lead the monthly and annual financial closing in SAP. Ensuring production and manufacturing accounting is done correctly and timely

- Ensure overall completeness of manufacturing P&L of the factory.

- Lead Finance and commercial activities in the factory

- Ensure proper controls are exercised in all operations in the factory to ensure cost efficient operations delivering products at the optimum costs.

- Ensuring effective working Capital management Monitor inventory, payables etc and work on effective NWC improvement initiatives

- Liaise with different government authorities to ensure all statutory compliances of the factory

- To ensure no regulatory or compliance risks in any company

- Statutory year end audit: Lead the year end audit by coordinating with the external auditors for planning and execution of the audit.

- Ensure financials are signed off as per agreed timelines without any surprises coming from the auditors side.

Qualification & Experience:

- Cost Accountant (Preferable)/CMA/MCOM/CA- Minimum 10 years of work experience with hands on experience in a manufacturing set up with factory operations (preferably pharma or food industry).

- Prior SAP experience must, SAP implementation and factory capitalization experience will be an added advantage.
