Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Summary :

We are looking for an CA candidate with four years of experience post articleship to join a PE fund as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various financial, accounting, and statutory compliance tasks, working closely with auditors, and supporting the client tax team with necessary information for tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Review financial statements for completeness and adherence to accounting standards.

- Ensure statutory compliances, including GST and TDS, are accurately followed.

- Coordinate with auditors, providing necessary data and documents for audits.

- Assist the client tax team by providing relevant information, data, or documents required for submitting replies to tax authorities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Inter-CA with 4 years of experience post articleship.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and other functions.

- Working knowledge of financial and statutory matters, including Accounting Standards, TDS rates, GST, etc.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with various stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
