Manager - Finance Operations - Real Estate

Managing core finance operations such as :

- GST & Tax returns, Tax planning includes interface with tax authorities

- Ensuring statutory compliances

- Generating need based MIS /costing / other reports for purpose of submission to top management for strategic decision-making.

- Monitoring preparation of statutory books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

- Generating P&L accounts and annual reports

- Responsible for finalization & reconciliation of accounts & Balance sheet.

- Attending to Internal / Statutory / Government Audit/IFC compliances & Co-coordinating with Company Secretary
