Finance Operations Manager - CA

Job Description::

- You will lead end-to-end finance, compliance, bookkeeping, legal and fund operations for WaterBridge - from mundane payroll disbursements to complex shareholder agreement review.

- You will act as the PoC for our external finance and legal consultants. This would include, amongst others, lawyers, accountants, valuers, tax consultants, insurance providers, administration staff representing our company, investors or other stakeholders. You will be evaluated on your ability to maintain relationships and get things done timely with requisite follow-ups with this elaborate panel of professionals.

- You will be responsible for Servicing the investor

- You will do the regular compliances applicable on the fund as per SEBI, Income tax, RBI etc.

- You will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports for company management and investors on a regular basis.

- You will create forecasts and budgets for various business scenarios to aid management in decision making.

- You will create processes and internal controls to streamline payments while avoiding misuse. You will also review and negotiate vendor and customer contracts as and when required.

- You will be responsible for maintaining company data rooms and preparing due diligence materials to keep the organization prepared for any possible financing events

Qualification:

- You are a qualified Chartered Accountant

- 4+ years of experience honing your practice at an organization of repute and strong fundamentals

- A strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the desire to grow within that ecosystem

- Excelling oral and written communication skills

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Strong work ethic and leadership skills

- Based out of Delhi
