To lead and develop Business Finance Team. Support the Business in decision making by ensuring that the Business Finance Team executes their assigned responsibility within the defined time limits with quality and accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To ensure that there is accurate and timely turnaround to the business with respect to the Service requests raised by them.
- Monitor Teams performance and provide regular guidance and feedback
- Act as a point of contact addressing any inquiries and issues with respect to the operations.
- Develop goals and objectives for the team
- Mediating with the business to understand their requirement and accordingly update the activities of Business Finance. Establish a strong working relations with the departments.
- Work towards increasing the scope of the team by introducing activities which will add value in the deliverables being provided to the business.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency through improvements and automation
- Responsible for the development of the team by identifying the training required.
- Discuss and establish the SLAs for the Business Finance Team.
THE INDIVIDUAL :
- Leadership skills to manage over 50 diverse individuals.
- Strong ability to understand processes and process control and management.
- Ability to simplify processes and automate.
- Needs to have a good professional qualification (MBA)
- Prior experience in business processes across project creation, invoicing, collections, and adjustments
- Ability to work well in teams
- Good understanding of the Oracle ERP system
- Proficient in MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles and strong work ethic
