- Virtual Tech Gurus India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Controller to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of our India and USA operations.

- The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the companys financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for both India and USA operations.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to support business growth and sustainability.

- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.

Operational Oversight:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational processes.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.

- Analyze market trends and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor finance and operations teams in India and the USA, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks to safeguard the companys assets and ensure business continuity.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to protect against fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as a key point of contact for financial and operational matters with internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and the board of directors.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and operations management, with at least 3 years in a similar role overseeing multi-national operations.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in both India and the USA.

- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
