Manager Finance

- Lead financial management activities for the Business Unit in Kolkata, including ownership of accounting processes and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Collaborate with business, commercial, legal, and operations leaders to drive projects aimed at fostering business growth and expansion.

- Perform Financial analysis, Financial modelling and Variance analysis for the unit.

- Manage relationships with joint venture partners and directors, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong partnerships.

- Oversee US GAAP financial reporting, review accounting reconciliations, and ensure integrity of financial systems and general ledgers.

- Drive projects for simplification and standardization of ERP systems, processes, and financial reporting, identifying enhancements to maximize productivity and reduce operating costs.

- CA with at least 6- 10 years experience of Controllership & FP&A function in manufacturing set up
