Qualification: CA

Looking for candidates from Manufacturing background

Treasury

- Short term and long term cash projection

- Daily liquidity management

- Preparation of long term funding plans

- Understanding of various borrowings instruments like WCDL, PCF, PCRE, ECB etc.

- Understanding of RBI compliances related to payments, receipts, borrowings etc.

- Handling banking relationship

- Understanding of forex market and ability to execute forex deals, Derivatives

- Understanding of AS and IFRS related to financial instruments

Insurance:

- Understanding of different insurance products like Loss of Profit, Commercial General Liability etc

- Ability to negotiate insurance pricing for different policies

- Ability to manage the insurance claims

Others:

Finance Business Partner for HR

- Accountable for validating cost as per cost centre and highlight variances on monthly basis (no individual validation is required)

- Ensure the employees are assigned to right cost centre in alignment with structure (inputs from HR team)

- Support HR team to complete annual actuarial reporting (leave & gratuity)

- Manage trust accounts and investment in alignment with HR; regular review of returns & advise changes if any required

IFRS Accounting and Reporting

Owns monthly reporting of results to UK HQ, balance sheet schedules, year-end reporting packs, Group Audit
