Manager - Finance/Management Reporting - CA

JOB PURPOSE

- Responsible for designing, maintaining and tracking end to end MIS across the Avendus Group

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Preparation of Business Financial Statements

- Preparation of Monthly Business MIS

- Tracking Business KPIs at periodic intervals

- Develop and drive analytics and reporting to facilitate business decision making

- Tracking Revenue and Cost vs Budget and reporting deviations

- Reporting to Business Head, Founders and Shareholders the monthly business performance

- Preparation of P&L & Cashflow Projections

- Preparation of Annual Business budgets (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows)

- Assisting Finance Team in Various Audits

- Performing competitor benchmarking

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- CA with 6 - 8 years' experience in managing management reporting

- Corporate planning experience will be a plus

- Experience in an Indian set up with multiple business lines would be preferable

- High level proficiency in Microsoft office suite - especially excel and PPT
