About our Client - Our client is a US based MNC, which is expanding very aggressively in India. They are a leading Legal Process Outsourcing business globally. They are looking for someone who can handle their Pan India-Accounting & Compliances.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP- Finance & Accounts you will be responsible for:

- Knowledge of working on/implementation of ERP system (Preferably MS Dynamics)

- Will be responsible for supervision of day to day maintenance of Books of Accounts as per IGAAP and taking care of Statutory & Internal Audit

- Closure of books on Monthly Basis & preparation of MIS

- Handling Direct Taxes (Transfer Pricing, Assessments), Indirect Taxes (Service Tax, SEZ Compliances)

- Responsible for Secretarial Compliance & RBI reporting

- Will be managing a team of 2 and position will report into AVP Finance & Accounts

- Supervision of Monthly Employee Payroll

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA with at least 4 years of post qualification experience. A CS degree would be an added advantage. You need to come from a services industry background. You should be hands-on with both direct and indirect tax specially TDS and service tax. You should have some experience of handling SEZ compliances. A prior ERP implementation experience would be of great help.
