Salary: upto 15 LPA
Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of business operations
- Responsible for accounting and finance data preparation, invoicing, and travel expenses processing
- Handle employee US travel and immigration related logistics
- Work directly with and present ideas to senior management in US
- Develop streamlined processes needed to run Operations at a growing company
- Manage corporation and regulatory filings, and other administrative activities
- Executive assistance to the CEO (including appointments, travel, and other logistics)
- Occasionally, participate in broader activities including general management, recruiting, marketing, etc.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters; MBA preferred
- At least 4-7 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a similar role
- Exposure to accounting and finance is required. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Comfortable working with MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Organized and detailed oriented, ability to manage multiple ad-hoc tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to take calls in US timings when required
