Job summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company in Dubai. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. - Conduct regular financial forecasting and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making. - Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and implement strategies to optimize working capital. - Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and cost optimization. - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering their professional development. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations in Dubai. Qualifications: - MBA/Chartered Accountant is a plus. - Proven experience of 5 - 10 years in finance and accounting roles, preferably in Dubai. - Strong knowledge of Dubai financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. - Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
