Manager - Finance - Internet/Online

The role is expected to have detailed knowledge of the following :

- Taxation for Australia, Singapore & India - Primary focus on tax, other compliance and local law regulations for Income Tax, GST, Company law, CPF, Superannuation and IAS(Australia).

- Managing Payments across (3 Countries ) including but not limited to Vendor Payments, Statutory payments, and Payroll.

- Accounting - Chart of Accounts, Masters, Month close, Reconciliations, Schedules and building Financial Statements as per Local GAAP

- Cash management - Managing cash flows, ability to work with various payment gateways like Paypal & Stripe would be a plus.

- Management & Investor reporting - Assist CFO in preparing monthly management dashboards on performance matrix, budgeting exercise and consolidation.

- Design & implementation of Basic Controls & SOP's and assisting CFO in creating a sustainable framework.

- Assist CFO in design and implementation payment gateways for platforms & it's accounting automation .

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's/PG Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

- Hands on Experience in Australian & Singapore taxation & other compliances is a must.

- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation.

- Ability to analyze and understand problems and provide practical solutions.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior finance role.

- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.

- Knowledge of XERO software will be an added advantage.

- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and products, accounting systems & CRM.

- Experience with start-up space is preferred
