Finance Manager - International Market

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager - International Market to join our dynamic team a D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in international finance, with a focus on taxation and compliance.

- Looking for candidates from FMCG, Consumer Durable, E commerce and preferably from D2C companies having global presence

- Proven experience in managing global subsidiaries and financial operations.

- In-depth knowledge of international tax laws and regulations

- This role requires a deep understanding of international taxation, tax compliance, incorporation processes, management of global subsidiaries, tax structuring, and Importer of Record (IoR) responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex financial operations across multiple countries and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
