Manager - Finance - Healthcare

Job Description:

- Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly and annual books of accounts and reporting requirements from local and regional perspective.

- Ensure strong governance around distributor appointment, renewal, termination, collection etc. processes.

- Review of financial and non-financial processes from control perspective and drive improvements in those processes to ensure standardization and compliance to policies.

- Develop and implement a strong compliance framework.

- Perform rigorous review of Balance Sheet accounts to ensure a healthy balance sheet and minimal aged receivables and payable balances.

- Perform self - audit of different processes to ensure governance and compliance around policies and SOPs.

- Ensure that all statutory requirements are met in accordance with relevant Acts, Corporate policies and those legal demands and ethical standards are complied with.

- Ensure that tax compliances and assessments are carried out smoothly by working closely with the external consultants.

- Assist with any adhoc projects

Candidate should have: CA with close to 8 years of experience post qualification

- Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP and U.S. GAAP

- Strong in developing and implementation of Internal Control processes

- SAP Knowledge

- People management skills

- Analytical Skills
