As a Finance Manager, you would be reporting to the Director of the company.
JOB FUNCTION
- Prepare accurate cash flow statement, P&L, balance sheet, statutory financial reports complying to internal policies and Indian GAAP.
- Provide analysis of monthly results (P&L, B/S and C/F) including reporting on other business performance metrics, sales mix, pricing, margins and variance by product category.
- Monitor AR /AP
- Perform banking and cashflow activities in relation to payments and receipts
- Supporting payroll function by working with consulting firm
- Manage the tax function (corporate, GST, TDS) by liaising with tax consultant on accurate and timely submission and payments.
- Analyze and prepare quarterly reviews and ensure Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees & Financial instruments are in place for distributors.
- Preparation of annual budget, quarterly projections, monthly forecasts, business planning, estimation & planning - including the presentation and analyses of such forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting on the business to identify key trends in performance, growth, cost developments and product pricing.
- Provide guidance for/policing of transaction processing, including internal controls.
- Ensure letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees & Financial instruments are in place for distributors.
- Analyse, prepare quarterly reviews update on distributors - financial, revenue performance | track the yearly minimal revenue commitments
- Work with IT staff in the technical aspect of accounting, reporting and understand the flow of data. Ensure that the IT system is able to support the local requirements.
- Prepare schedules as required for internal and external audit. Coordinate and liaise with auditors on audit issues.
- Performs a variety of other related accounting and business tasks as required.
