Manager - Finance - CA Corporate Finance : - Business Strategy, Planning and analysis including exploration of New business and their feasibility and study and comparison of jurisdiction for Creation of holding companies and subsidiaries etc in overseas jurisdiction. - Formation of JVs, Tax issues at strategic level for both India and overseas, engage and interact with leading consultants advisors both in India and abroad. - Involve in Profitability improvement initiatives, Risk Management, MIS internal control, interaction with the internal auditors. - Actively participate in digital transformation initiative like BI dashboarding, data analytics, Robotic Automation (RPA) exercise needed for different companies. - Review and Finalisation of Quarterly and Annual Financial Statement of Indian and International subsidiaries, compliance, preparation of relevant papers for board meeting and AGMs in collaboration with Finance Team of respective companies. Make suggestions for improvement of Key financial and performance Metrics. - Exposure and knowledge to some of the following aspects of like Financial modelling, valuation, investment Banking, preparation of working capital and Term loan proposal, Finance, Hedging of Forex risk, Merger & Acquisition, Investment of funds, FEMA compliances, Transfer pricing issues, compliances related to SEBI, companies Act, GST, IND AS, direct tax, etc would be added advantage.
