Designation: Finance Manager

Reporting to: CFO

Team Size: 3-5

Purpose - Why does it exist?

Purpose of this role is to oversee various activities related to finance and accounts to ensure timely closure, including treasury & insurance and driving the commercial controls in both frontend and backend. During Due diligence providing all the required support to the team.

Key Performance Indicators

Finalization of accounts on time, Ensuring Commercial Compliance in both front end and backend, Optimum Fund flow utilization and

Driving automation across finance process

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing Financial Statement and notes to account in alignment with Statutory auditor

- Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditor.

- Scrutiny of General Ledger and Sub Ledger

- Co-ordinating with the Banks and other financial institutions.

- Cash flow forecasting, monitoring and optimum utilisation of funds.

- Co-ordinating with Insurance companies and broker to ensuring the adequate coverage.

- Co-ordinating and providing data for Due Diligence

- Coordination with SAP & other vendors for driving automation across finance domain.

- Setting up commercial process and defining SOPs.

- Business partnering with Supply Chain finance team - Driving Commercial hygiene and cost efficiency.

- Business Partnering with Sales team (E-com, Retail, Website, EBO) - Ensuring timely collections, processing of claims and driving commercial hygiene.

- Obtaining confirmation of balance on a quarterly basis form all vendor and customer, reconciliation if any.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 -6 years' experience in FMCG
