As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all financial operations and accounting transactions.

The other responsibilities include:

- Preparation of product wise costing and gross margins

- Preparation of product value chain for arriving at pricing in different channels

- Monthly books closure and preparation of MIS for internal as well as external stakeholders

- Detailed Cost analysis across locations and function to drive maximization of variable contribution

- Preparation of financial model for last 3 years and business plan for next 3 years

- Developing trends and projections and maintaining the financial health of the organization

- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

Candidate Profile:

- MBA or Chartered accountant with 3-5 years experience in similar role

- Experience in FMCG industry is a great plus

- Good knowledge of accounting, costing concepts

- Hands on experience in simulation of raw data into meaningful templates

- Engaging and capable of building strong internal and external relationships

- Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement ability

- Good problem solving and decision making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary offered: 10 - 13 LPA
