Manager - Finance - FinTech - CA

Urgently hiring "FINANCE MANAGER" for one of my Fintech Client based out in Bangalore.

NBFC started in Apr'19, focusing on providing loans to Rural, Urban & mirco Entrepreneurs segment.

#Candidates from NBFC or Fintech companies in Bangalore. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

#Candidates must be well versed with Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS.

Person must have:-

a. CA with 2+ years experience

b. Experience in building and scaling finance teams

c. Experience of working in a fast growing Fintech / NBFC

a. Responsible for the company's overall finance operations, reporting, accounting and compliance. [i.e. Finance Controllership, Accounting Budgeting, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Audits, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Reconciliation, Payroll, Fund Management, Risk Management, Internal controls and Regulatory compliances]

b. Build a scalable finance team and ensure adequate internal controls and financial discipline in accounting operations.

c. Implement appropriate accounting policies, practices and procedures across all lines of business while ensuring adherence to statutory and accounting principles

d. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. (Co. Law, Labour laws, Direct and Indirect Tax laws,)

e. Responsible for building and maintaining the accounting and financial systems.

f. Drive automation efforts across all sub verticals within finance g. Liaise with external/internal Auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of audits.
